Christopher's also features a full bar with some of the finest handcrafted spirits available. Christopher is right where he loves to be; come say hello soon!
"From the minute you enter the wonderful service begins. The place is very quaint. The food is outstanding . Great menu with lots of dinner specials. The short ribs, Salmon, and chicken cordon bleu were very good. Could be the best place I have eaten at in Carmel. Our waiter was Danny. Sit at one of his tables. He is very good. I highly recommend. Can u tell?"

"We have dined here multiple times but was so disappointed with this last visit it will be awhile before we go back! I don't know if they were understaffed or unorganized...... After being seated It took a long time to even have anyone come ask us for drinks. Once we ordered it was well over an hour before we received our salads! Delivery of our entrees was also slow but once they arrived the food was delicious. But there are just too many great restaurants in Carmel to endure this poor service."

IT FELT VERY UP SCALE, TABLES WERE SPACED WELL ENOUGH TO MAKE THE DINNER RELAXING.THEY HAVE TWO SEATINGS WHICH MENT WE DIDNT HAVE PEOPLE ENTERTING AND LEAVING CONSTANTLY. ITS RUN BY A HUSBAND AND WIFE,THE FOOD IS TOP NOTCH AND PRICED FAIRLY. WE WILL MAKE A RETURN VISIT NEXT TIME IN CARMEL."

"Our group spent an enjoyable evening at Christopher's. The food was great, the wine was flowing, and the service was excellent. It was a little noisy, but that meant people were having a good time too! We would definitely return to this restaurant."

"Food is very good, and well-prepared. (But avoid the cheesecake -- it's low quality.) The experience would be better if it were not so crowded a restaurant and not enough staff to handle everyone with due attendance. I would recommend coming here mid-week where it may not be as crowded, and avoid weekends."

"Food was overcooked and bland. A very disappointing experience given the other reviews. My wife had to send her swordfish back and orderred a filet which was tasteless. I had the chicken cordon bleu at it was dry and tasteless. I couldn't be bothered to send it back."

"We used the Groupon and pretty much got a $210 dinner for $89. We had drinks, bottle of wine, appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and desserts, what a value for two people. It seemed like they were a little short on servers. Our waiter was excellent, but it looked like there were only two waiters and one busboy, so it took us nearly two hours to eat our meal, there were some longer than average wait times for all items. I wished the service were faster but they would have to hire another server or two for that to happen. The taste of the food was above average, but nothing too memorable. I would go back again."

"We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated by a large front window. Looking out the window we could see a Eucalyptus tree with an incredibly large trunk...tree had to be over a hundred years old! Out beyond the trees in the distance we could see a beautiful sunset forming. The dining area was a large room with tables spaced fairly close. Our waiter was incredible and made us feel special even after a larger party arrived and he was the only one serving bar and food. The yellowfin tuna and sea bass were done to perfection. Creme brûlée was fabulous!"

"Christopher's is in a beautiful space and the menu is very appealing. On the night we were there, the overall experience was not quite there. The wine by the glass menu was weak and the service while professional is just below the quality that one should be able to expect."

"Great menu with dishes well executed. Service was impeccible. One problem we had was that I have tasted all of the "by-the-glass" wine selections and they are all terrible. Bring your own wine from The Cheese Shop and pay the corkage."

"We had a 7:30 reservation, however the party that had our table just kept sitting around and we did not get seated until 8:10. The hostess was very apolegetic and they comp our drinks, and corkage. When we finally received our food it was excellent. Service was on top of everthing. Again they did a wonderful job of "damage control". We have been to Chrisopher's at least 5 or 6 times."

"the black beansoup was way to salty. our waiter opened our wine and never poured us a glass. The waiter also told a member of our party that of course the drink is strong it's a martini, she had ordered one of their speciality drinks"
