Chad's Steakhouse has been locally owned and operated for over 13 years. A Tucson favorite, Chad's offers some of the best Prime Rib and Steaks you can find in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. "Great meal! Great drinks! However...we have now found the absolute best server in
all of Tucson!!! Her name is Brooke. We would come back just because of her.
Not many waiters know instinctively what is needed and back it up with the greatest

"We brought a party of six and it was our first visit. The service and the food were great but the ambiance was too rustic for me. There should be a alternate bread instead of just the cheesy stuff. The men in our party would come back but not the gals. Three out of six is not bad however.

"We have enjoyed Chad's since it opened. We like the food and the location is convenient to our Sabino Canyon home. The meat has always been excellent. The salad is large and fresh and tasty. The cheesebread is one of our favorite items, as well. The "Tumbleweed" onion, or whatever its name, was one of the tastiest we have ever enjoyed at any restaurant. We had six adults and a three-month-old baby, and the restaurant servers were most helpful in seating the baby and seating and serving the adults. We highly recommend your facility to everyone we know--locals and visitors. Your staff is top of the line, and so is your product. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and consistency in your food.

"My husband and I went for a late valentines/anniversary dinner. First we stood near the drafty door for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated because apparently servers cant do that so we waited for the hostess. Once sat we again waited for about another 10 minutes for a server to even greet us. we then ordered potato skins as an app and they came out and they were burnt and too hard to even eat. My salad that comes with the meal when you have dinner had at least a 1/4 cup of water in it and was already dressed so of course it was mixed up with the water. My husband ordered the filet medium and said if its a little closer to medium-well that would be fine, It came out and it was well done. We told our server the issues and she did nothing."

"We started with a 6pm reservation, and arrived at 5:50. We were immediately greeted, seated, and we received drinks within 5 minutes of our arrival. Salads and bread basket were placed at our table less than 5 minutes after placing our dinner order. Prime rib was cooked to perfection, steak with mushrooms also delivered as ordered. Waitstaff was apologizing for being slow, but we did not experience any problems, and was very attentive to making sure of our satisfaction with service. We will be back!"

"Tried Chad's for the first time, and my visit will be the last. Went at 4:30 and there were only a couple of tables seated, so not busy. I ordered the Sizzling steak smotherd in mushrooms! Menu stated steak was served on a sizzling platter, I looked forward to that since I like my food hot when served. My steak wavery tuff,about 12 tiny button mushrooms, this is not smotherd in my mind,and the platter was not sizzling, so as a result my steak was not hot!!! Our order took forever, and there was barely anyone in the place! We were given 1 piece of bread each, it was very good, but it would have been nice to have somemore, it was not offered.All 3 baked potatoes under cooked. We will not return!"

"We made reservations for a Sunday night at 8:30 not realizing that they close at 9:00, they were more then willing to wait on us. I know they had to stay later then they should have, but they still didn't rush us to finish our meal, so they could leave. The service was very good and we will be back again. We also like the fact that you can make reservations on line.

"Chad's took in all the elements of the rustic atmosphere we so love about Pinnacle Peak, and added to it a quiet charm and a more laid back peacefulness that we could relax in. It was the perfect anniversary place, especially going in early like we did when there wasn't a crowd. The food was impeccable! The salad was cold, fresh, and beyond reproach. The bread was one of a kind. The steak was melt in your mouth delishious! The waitress, Kathie, was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We have definitely found a new favorite restaurant to call home.
