"I have been to Palomino several times, and generally quite enjoy it. This time I detected either a slight decline in the food, or it may be that I was a little bored by the same menu. In the past I have found the wine by the glass to be above average; this time it was a little disappoiting. Still a nice place to eat, but nothing to write home about. Just needs a little ooomph breathed back into it."

"went to try the grilled artichokes because my daughter had been there before with friends and she really liked them. They were ok, but not fabulous for me. I ordered the grilled shrimp and mushroom risotto, I am a fan of risottos and this one wasn't really one, it was very dry, not much flavor and the rice was a little hard, not close from al dente. Service was ok but she left us alone for a long time, we did not order dessert because it took her so long to come back and take our order. Nothing memorable to remember really. Will not come back."

"Perfect! Food was amazing. Pre-game options with shuttle service to American airlines. Bar happy hour everyday with great food options. Our server for dinner this evening was Gary he was great, knowledgable about the food and wine we never felt rushed atmosphere was relaxing. The manager was visible and visited our table just make sure we were pleased he is amazing. We will be back and hope to also use this location as a buisness dinner location."

"Our server was pleasant enough however she was not there to readily refill our water glasses, she did not come back after the appetizers to remove the dishes- that was done by the servers who brought our food. It was a light crowd night but it took our food far too long to come. The good thing was we were celebrating my father's birtday, so this was not a rushed meal, but still for the food to take about 30mins to be served was simply ridiculous. For a $250 meal I expected better."

"This is a great Up-Town spot for adults dining together. We chose to eat here because the menu was impressive and it was close to the American Airlines Center. We had the Lavender Martini and a made to order Mandarin Martini for drinks. The bread basket and the Mediterranean bruschetta-inspired topping made with tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese, etc. was delicious. We had the Truffle Deviled Eggs, which were to die for, as an appetizer. Then we had a light dinner of Capellini Pomodoro with fresh mozzarella and a tinge of heat to top of the evening. The restaurant even chauffeured us to and from the American Airlines Center for the P!NK concert. This was an unexpected bonus in addition to the entire dining experience!"

"You expect great food for the price, but it wasn't anything special. Again, given the price and restaurant location you'd expect some exclusivity but there is mo dress code, which means people in gym clothes dining alongside the rest of the patrons. Not a bad restaurant but nothing special, especially considering the price and location."

"Our experience was far lacking in what we expected from Palomino. We have been to Palomino several times in the past, and were always very happy with the food. This particular evening, the food was nothing special. My dish was burnt, and the risotto my husband ordered had absolutely no flavor, and was very under cooked. I'm not sure if this was just a bad night in the kitchen, or if it is now a common thing. We have no plans to return any time soon. The service was very good, but if the food is bad, your customers will not return."

"I really didn't know what to expect when we made the reservations to eat at Palomino for Valentine's Day. We drove in from out of town and don't know all the hot spots in Dallas. This restaurant exceeded our expectations! The food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The service was just right. The ambiance was great and the restaurant seems to be located in a nice area of town. There is even shopping to do within the complex that it is located - wished we had been able to get there earlier to do some shopping before dinner. I highly recommend Palomino. We will return on another trip to Dallas."

"We come to Palomino's before most events we attend at the American Airlines Arena. The food is always good, and prepared well.
They also have a shuttle that will drop you off directly at the arena, so once you valet park your car you are good to go.
REserve your spot on the shuttle in advance though. It stays busy during hockey and bball season."

"Chop chop salad is back to it's glory. The last few times I was there it was mainly lettuce. I mentioned it to our waitress and she made sure that it had all of the ingredients on it. Awesome - don't miss the donuts for dessert!!"

"The food was just ok. The service was excellent. I had never been to Palamino's but it was on my list of places to go. What disappointed me the most was the ladies room. Fixtures were outdated, and, in my case, one of the largest fixtures was broken and hanging off the wall. The fixture colors were very outdated .... overall the restaurant did not live up to expectations."
