Coast Seafood and Raw Bar, open in the former Home restaurant location, on West Paces Ferry Road. Coast serves Atlanta’s freshest seafood and island cocktails in an environment that makes you feel closer to the sea than ever before!
The menu incorporates Coast classics including crab and corn hush puppies, a signature seafood boil, and a variety of raw or steamed oysters, clams and mussels; along with signature fresh catch entrees.
Coast will be open nightly serving dinner. Coast has a large patio area for dining, new extended bar area, seating for over 100 and private dining options.

"The placed was already slammed on Wednesday when we arrived at 7 PM, the valet parking crew (always the best) were having to double park cars and the front deck was packed! Our reserved table for 6 on the
rear deck was already laid out but we had grown to 8 for dinner. Despite the crush, our server, April, brought out another table and settled us in for another great meal all the while she and the rest of the staff juggling a full house!

"I took my family here for dinner on Mother's Day. The atmosphere is lively and the food was delicous. Each of us ordered a different entree and was very pleased with our selection. There are a multitude of different menu choices from casual (fish tacos) to upscale (lemon and caper sole) and if you aren't in the mood for fish you can always be that personal who gets the ribs at a seafood place! They have a great covered, outdoor patio if you bring the kids and the dining room is spacious with high ceilings and white modern decor. There is a private dining room in the basement for intimate parties and I believe a second private dining room upstairs. I would definitely go back! Next time to try the oysters, which my friends rave about."

"I must say that I was surprised. The food and service was excellent. The staff was friendly and greeted my wife and I with a smile.
Our waiter was very attentive and he made sure to check on us often. When we placed our order we thought it may take a little while to come out. Not the case. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. Everything was cooked to perfection. I think I may have had the best desert in the city of Atlanta. I would recommend to anyone reading this to try to the Banana's Foster Bread Pudding. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Coast Seafood and Raw Bar. We will be back!!!!!"

"we enjoyed everthing about this place! Will be going back soon with friends & family. The only thing we didn't like was the smoking. I know this is more a bar type setting & you have smoking, I guess for special dates we could stand it, but preferr not to be around people who smoke, that's why we thought the back patio would be ok, I guess we should of ask first. "We had a wonderful experience and the staff were very accomodating with children in the party for a late reservation. The restaurant was busy (great sign)and there had been a mixup in the kitchen so we initially had a concern when they sat us near the bar. However the side cove off the bar was FANTASTIC. Our waiter and the manager more than made up for any delays. This is quickly becoming our go to seafood place. The oysters were the FRESHEST I have ever had this far from the water! All of the food items are delicious and the dessert (almond basket) is a must have!"

"On one of the first nights when the weather allows outdoor dining the resturant was hopping, that was a good thing. The servics suffered because of the crowd, that was a bad thing. We were comp'd part of the meal due to this which is an appropriate thing. I am confident that additional staff will be on hand to make things go smoothly now that the weather is turning nice .
I'll DEFINITLY be back next week, thanks Coast!"

"LOVE THIS PLACE! Food was amazing, waitress was amazing and food is very reasonable priced. The food is fresh. I did see several different groups: co workers doing assignments to the left of me, father and son having dinner. New Mom with husband and new baby having dinner with frinds (or family) to the right of me. Loud tipsy laughing group at 12 o'clock. Lol moral of my comment is that it's a great place for whatever! And CLEAN."

"Went here for our anniversary. I thought the seating was fairly cramped. We sat at a table for two with another couple literally right next to us. Not conducive for a romantic evening out.
I thought my food tasted good. My wife however did not like her's. The scallops she had were too salty. Also, I asked for a minor modification to my plate and was told that the chef would not do it, which I found a bit odd and inflexible.
Our waiter was courteous and attentive.
Overall, not the best evening out that my wife and I have had and certainly hoped for a bit more on our anniversary.

"The restaurant and food was great. Love the $5 dozen oyster night. Sat at bar and staff remembered what we liked to drink even though it had been a while since I had been there. Valet service had always been great but the valet this time ruined my ignition. Have to go and get car aerviced. Not what you expect when you go out for a nice meal after a hard days work."

"Don't be fooled by what seems to be a small exterior. The interior is very large with two levels of seating. Beautifully landscaped, can't wait to go back when it warms up and sit on the deck outside! The food is incredible, creative takes on seafood. Try the seafood nachos! The crabcake is like hunks of butter, the crab is so sweet and plentiful. Service is excellent. It's nice to have a restaurant in Buckhead that isn't pretentious or stuffy and doesn't require you to show up in a tie or heels to feel comfortable."

"Reserved during restaurant week in Buckhead, and I was very unhappy at the service I received.We were seated outside and the propane heater went out and we were told they were too busy to replace it. Then the waitress never brought us our Oysters or any silverware to eat with- the food took forever and when it came, we still had no silverware. My husband asked for another drink and the waitress never brought it or the silverware. We left and told the hostess we were unhappy but no manager was around. We were very disappointed,because we thought it would be a great place to eat. Would not recommend unless you have at least four hours to eat....."

"My first visit I was late for our reservation (group of 3) & they were very accommodating to get use seated as quickly as possible. I attended during restaraunt week & had the 3 course menu plus something from the regular menu. My food was fresh & very delicious the waiter was GREAT!! I never had an empty cup of water or anything that myself & party needed."

"I went for restaurant week with a group of my girlfriends. The food was okay, not bad but nothing to write home about. The food service was the biggest drawback. The kitchen was sending out dishes very slowly. Initially, I thought it was my waitress but then I realized almost everyone in our dining room was waiting on food as well. I'm in no rush to return and repeat the experience."
