"I used to eat at Black Angus when I lived in the Bay Area. This restaurant was a dissapointment. Service was slow, we had to ask for the bread that we said yes to when the waitress asked if we'd like some. The bread came after the appetizer. Two of us ordered their two for menu which included an appetizer, 2 entree's and a dessert. The waitress didn't even ask what we wanted for dessert when we were ordering and the service was so slow we didn't even want to bother with it by the time we were done eating. We won't go there again when we are in the area.
However, making the reservations through your service was very quick and easy. Thank you!"

"We went here to celebrate Mother's Day. Upon arrival we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and quick. It would have been a perfect occasion if our appetizer, the Wagon Wheel Sampler was hot. My mom did not like the Italian dressing she had with her salad. She found it to be too sour. However, our steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking; medium well. Overall we had a good experience."

"made reservations for mother's day (recomemended) the food was prepared as requested and delicious. I do have one complaint, though. I'm a pretty big guy and we were seated at a table with hardly any leg room. maded it hard to get comfortable."

"We had a reservation and they tried to seat us in the bar. Luckily they moved us to the main restaurant when we requested it. Food was fair but not great. I get a better steak at home. We went because hubby likes prime rib."

"I arrived less than 5 minutes late, it seems as if the hostest had already decided we where not shwoing as I walked up the counter she and another employee made the remark of oh here goes the party of 7. I waited about 10 min to be seated. Server was great she checked on us frequently we were seated at the bar with the tvs going it was a good atmospher."

"We went to black Angus every week, but this week we so disappointed. The server isn't nice and patient and this week the food quality is seem poor than last week.Even the manager ---ROMANS take a around for the restaurant and don't say hi to us, pretend any eye contact with us. So unless any special otherwise probably next week we won't back to here."

"We were seated right on reservation time despite long wait for the walk-ins. The restaurant was full as it was dinner peak but the service was quick and the food was delicious. Our server even offered us some discount coupon to use for our dinner. I was a happy customer; I'll be back but use OpenTable again to reserve ahead of time."

"I have gone to this restaurant once before this particular night. I experienced good appetizers your standard grocery store aisle salad and unfortunatly seasonless meat. The drinks were well prepared and they have a good atmosphere, but the meats from the rib eye to prime rib have no seasoning. The cuts of meat looked beautiful perfectly cooked with grill marks if only at least some steakhouse seasoning from the grocery store was added where you could taste the flavor. Perhaps the meat has lost it's flavor from freezing. I am not an expert nor a foodie, but I enjoy flavorful meat that does not require steak sauce. Black Angus is not the place, if you are expecting flavor."

"What a wonderful place to dine on Valentine's Day. Love the atmosphere - dark and cozy. The wagon wheel appetizer was great. I love their cesar salad. Our NY steak was mouth-watering and cooked to perfection. The Merlot as our server suggested was really good and very affordable. Our Server was very attentive and always checked how we were doing; hence, the service was well-timed, inspite the busy evening. The Apple Tart was a perfect compliment to our meal. We left very pleased and satisfied. Thanks to Redondina for the perfect evening."

"I was disappointed as I took my husband there for his birthday and we were seated up front so every time the door opened it was cold. Sat a long time before someone came and brought us bread and coffee (which was cold and ordered again and waited about 10 min). Vegetable, which was string beans was not cooked (raw). Guess I won't be coming back."
