"There were six of us for dinner. I ordered the ribs and was a bit disappointed in the flavor. I had remembered them as better the last time I had ordered them. The flour less torte was great. As a group we had a wonderful evening. Our waiter was terrific!"

"I made a reservation for Mother's Day dinner and that was probably the most helpful thing that night. Many parties came in and we were seated in a rather noisy area (but that was to be expected considering it was a holiday evening). Our server was surprisingly still helpful, as if the restaurant was only moderately busy. We come to this Black Angus every so often, and Mother's day overall was a good dinner. Definitely recommend reservations if you have a party 4+ or on a special evening"

"Dining with kids (toddlers/infants) can be nearly impossible, especially on an occasion like Mother's Day. Black angus was incredibly accommodating. "Given the last minute change in venue, open table reservation worked out perfectly. We were seated as soon as we got there. Serving between appetizers and main dishes was paced very nicely. "Server could not get an order right to save her life. That aside, mix drink was VERY weak, may have been a non-alcohl drink! Steak, their trade mark was very in different, and very, very chewy. Fish was acceptable. For the price we felt like we were ripped off. Addressed this with supervisor and got a luke warm response.
Will NOT be going back for any reason and would rate this overall with a negative "Star" rating if we could!

"Steak and lobster was prepared pretty good. The potato skin appetizers were good. The chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream was not a good desert to order. The ice cream slid off the top layer of the cake and the top layer of the cake slid off the bottom, making it a real mess to try and eat. This is a desert that needs to be shared by at least two people. It did not work."

"The service was great and the food was delicious. I just wish we weren't sitting so close to the front door. It was difficult to have privacy with people constantly walkibg by. This is no reflection on the wonderful food and service though. I will just know better not to accept a table there next time."

"worst experience i have ever had in a black angus. Will be a long time before i ever go back. Waitress never asked about our food, drinks ran dry, steak was grisly, food took over 45 minutes to get served. maybe the waitress was a trainee?"

"I go to Black Angus at least 3 times per month. Sometimes the "sides" (soup, salad, potatoes, etc.) are very good, but at other times they are very greasy or dry. ALWAYS the condiments, especially the Tabasco Sauce and A-1 are VERY WATERED DOWN. Just look at the Tabasco bottle and you will see 2 layers: one light orange and one dark, thick orange. After shaking the bottle and you go to add Tabasco to the meat it pours out like water.
Other than that, everything else is excellent."
