"Excellent food, attentive service, lovely ambiance, and BYO make for an exceptional experience. Prices are a little high but no more than other fine dining spots, but the food is certainly far better than many of those other places. Castello is quickly becoming our new favorite 'go to' for special occasions! Love that it's right here in Blue Bell."

"got together with another couple for dinner. prompt seating. nice atmosphere. knowledgeable waiter. numerous great appetizer and main course specials that all sounded great. dinners were done perfectly, my chicken dish was the best I have had in a while. will be going back."

"The food was good but I wouldn't say that I had to go back again -now that I tried it I have sated my curiosity as to what it was like. Staff was courteous and attentive. I was expecting more however from what I read in the customer reviews."

"Great service and very nice atmosphere. However, very pricey for the portions they serve. My husband ordered the Monkfish special this week for $29.00 and a salad for an extra $6.00. There were more potatoes than monkfish on his plate. There was barely 3 ounces of fish. A lot of money for a very small portion of fish that was just average. I had the stuffed ravioli which was very tasty. There were only two shrimp and two small scallops included and I think 3 or 4 ravioli for $21.95. Again, way too pricey for the portions. We shared a piece of Berry cake which was $9.00. I would not go back because the portions do not match the prices.

"What a lovely upscale Italian restaurant in Blue Bell! The staff is very courteous, they definitely want to make you comfortable, and they want you to have a great experience when you are there. The food was excellent and I would recommend it to friends. It is nice to know that delicious eatery is right around the corner!"

"This was our second time dining at Castello's and it did not disappoint. The food was excellent! The service also was very good. The temperature dropped while we were there and we said something and it was fixed right away. We recommend Castello's!"

"Worth searching for since it is set back from the road and hard to see their sign. Good Italian food without the excessive sauces that is served in so many restaurants. Nice leisurely service when dining (not just eating) out with friends."

"The man who took us to the table did not pull the chair for me. The table and the chair are so close to the wall, without much space to move the chair. But, my son did it for me.

"There must have been a problem booking a reservation on open table instead of booking it directly. I booked a reservation on open table for 4 people and when we got there, they did not have it. I suggest booking directly with the restaurant. It is a BYO restaurant and they have nice stemware and decanters. Other than a bad ceasar salad, the food was terrific. Osa Buca, pasta, fish were all top notch. I would have no hesitency about going back."

"We had a very enjoyable meal here. Food was excellent, done well, and reasonable portions. The service was equally very good. As it is winter, didn't notice if outside seating was an option. What also was nice was the availability of several larger round tables what can accommodate groups of 6-8 enabling all to socialize (as opposed to a longer table where people on the ends can not converse with those at the other end). Being a BYOB is also a big plus. Already scheduled to return with a larger group."

"This BYO is fantastic. I had the rack of lamb and it was delicious. My bf had the lobster ravaolli and it was ok. I think we keep expecting that dish to be great but we have never enjoyed a lobster rav. Wonderful and will be coming back many times"
