"I am Cuban and I recommend this restaurant to all my friends who want to try good cuban food. The recipes are authentic as the chef is Cuban. My favorite dishes are: Cuban Sandwich, Tostones, Bistec Empanizado, Black Beans, Flan.

"Had great service with Nevada. She made some recommendations which we took. Sizzling shrimp is one if the best things I've eaten. And I never would have tried the spicy margarita if it had not been recommended. It was delicious with cilantro and jalepeno. An odd combination but worked very well together. We are going back! Would love to have them serve brunch!"

"We were on an overnight trip to Frederick, and i picked Sabor de Cuba for dinner because my partner loves Cuban food. The menu was limited (there is no roast pork), but that made the entree selection easier and quicker. We were happy with our meal. We ordered the Empanadas de pollo, Bistec de Palomilla, and Ropa Vieja, and they were all very delicious. The portions were generous, especially relative to the price. We are definitely returning to this restaurant on our next trip to Frederick."

"This was our first time at Sabor De Cuba. It certainly was not the fanciest place we have been, but the food and service were both outstanding. Portions were just right and flavors were wonderful. I had the pork shank--totally delicious. And my wife had the thin steak--also excellent. Two dinners with wine out the door for $44 plus tip. We will be back."
