Edgar's Grille - Augusta
Edgar’s Grille, a New American restaurant at the corner of Washington Road and Fury"s Ferry, features a wide selection of tapas, including Brick oven pizzas, as well as delicious entrees of steak, roasted chicken, fresh pastas, and low-country favorites such as smoky corn chowder and shrimp and grits.
Master Chef Marcel Biro and Chef de Cuisine Ian MacDonald, a dynamic culinary duo, are introducing fresh, local cuisine with a taste of the low country. Local food vendors will be featured, including organically grown produce from Nature Crisp Farms; fresh pork, beef, and poultry from Caw Caw Creek and Keegan Fillion Farms; and fresh dairy from Hickory Hill Farms.
Edgar’s Grille offers an unique bar featuring a Brick fired oven and warm, elegant dining. Outdoor dining is available in the heated courtyard. Edgar’s Grille is open Monday through Saturday evenings. Lunch service will be added in May 2013.
