All you can eat Steakhouse with a fixed price!
We are an Argentinian Steakhouse. Our all-you-can-eat method allows you to choose what you want, how much you want and when you want it.
We have a fixed price, that includes a salad bar with over 30 appetizers, all you can eat from the grill, half a bottle of wine, a 32 oz. pitcher of beer, or the soft drink of your choice, and a dessert or a coffee.
In our grill, youll find everything from NY Steak to filet mingon, from "Chorizo" to skirt, chicken and pork, and of course, a wide variety of the best argentinians cuts of meat.
So, just sit down, choose your meat, and repeat! History Established in 1993 Siga la vaca history started in 1993 when a group of entrepreneurs linked to the meat industry got together to open the first all you can eat argentinian bbq. The first Siga la Vaca was situated outside Buenos Aires. It had a small lounge with capacity to seat just 40 people.

"Salad bar was well stocked, and the food was fresh. I didn't appreciate having to wait in the long line for the meats, while my dining companion was waiting at our table. I think the meats should be served to you at the table, like the "other" popular rohdizio (sp) restaurant! The wait staff was very accomodating."

"If you're looking to feast on ridiculous amounts of meat, then this is your place. The beef is not as high quality as Texas de Brazil and is a few notches below The Knife, which wasn't the best, butit is edible. The ambiance, reminiscent of a cafeteria, would benefit from dimming the lights and adding more Argentine decor--I'd like to feel like I'm at the estancia if I'm eating at an Argentinian restaurant. Also, recommend changing the music from pop to something more folkloric. As far as service, the staff is friendly and attentive.The location is great and the restaurant could be as popular as the Siga la Vaca in BA after some changes."

"I love the location, the decor, ambiance, food quality and service were great, to try a new restaurant in such a busy night as Valentines it's insane, for them to be able to povide high quality In such a busy night it was great. I give a 4 star on the service not because of my experience but for the overall, I saw all the staff "Running" to keep up with the tables."
