Much like the Trevi Fountain in Rome for which it is named, Trevisio is unique and distinctive, and like no other Houston restaurant. Conveniently located for those who work, visit and live near the Med-Center and Museum District, Trevisio has been lauded for its food and décor, and is a popular venue for private functions of all sizes and varieties. The menu is decidedly Italian with contemporary accents and modern sensibility. Under the direction of Executive Chef Jon Buchanan, the kitchen turns out classic Italian dishes as well as innovative creations, all made with the freshest ingredients and artfully presented. The restaurant’s wine & spirits program is headed by award-winning Sommelier Sean Beck and perfectly complements the cuisine. Trevisio’s adjacent state-of-the-art conference center accommodates functions of all sizes and descriptions, for groups of five to 500. Trevisio also offers off-site catering.
"We use to love Trevisio for Mother's Day! This year however they were very busy, not ready to serve all customers, the waiters were moody and not at all helpfull and the quality of food was not top notch! Didn't enjoy at all!"

"Party of seven attended Mother's Day Brunch on May 12, 2013. We enjoy going to brunches on Mother's day so we've had some experience with this kind of reservation. The management seemed overwhelmed to keep desserts replenished and eating utensils readily available. Went to get food, only to find there were no plates. When we informed a serving staff, there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get more plates. By the time a half dozen plates were brought out there were twice that many people waiting. Later when I went to get a cup of coffee, there were no coffee cups available. There didn't appear to be any leadership. Food tasted great. Won't partake of a brunch at Trevisio again."

"The scorfano I had was dry and underseasoned, while the tomato was too salty. I personally didn't feel the sweet potato puree married well with the dish...an odd match."

"The restaurant is on top of a building in the middle of the medical center. Its hidden in the middle of the city. Its like getting away without leaving. The food was excellent and very well presented. The prices were reasonable considering the ingredients. Not your ordinary Italian food. Clearly a mark above the rest. The portions are aplenty. You will not feel cheated or short changed when you get the tab. Cocktails were delectable and unique...not run of the mill...risotto balls are delish...carpaccio, perfect...anitra, known as the duck breast was cooked to perfection...the swordfish, which was the special for $30, was impeccable...my only regret was not having room for sorbetto and dessert after the finest Monel Riesling. Yay!"

"Love this place. Only upscale restaurant in the med center. Frequented by doctors but I ate here as a casually dressed patient with family. It is a fantastic oasis within the bustle. Top notch American and Italian dishes."

"My mother had been at the hospital since 5 am for my dads surgery, and hadn't left his side once. I made a reservation for her to go to dinner at Trevisio with my brother, and I stayed to watch my dad. It was exactly what she needed - a nice walk to dinner, a delicious meal, a wonderful server, a moment to relax. She came back refreshed and rejuvinated. Thank you for providing such great service and food in a relaxing atmosphere. You guys exceeded our expectations!"

"We had planned a glass of wine with appetizers, in the mid afternoon, in a bar with a view knowing our week visit to MD Anderson was completed. The bar is not. We had to sit in dinning room so decided to eat early. The view was of other high buildings. The food made up for our initial disappointment. Service was excellent. We do need to return to MD Anderson, and plan on a return visit."

"Great place to have a romantic dinner. Beautiful dining area, bar is front of a waterfall, quiet, great service. live jazz music, low lighting, great wine list. The perfect mood to show someone how much you care.
Had valentines dinner here with my wife. We are definitely going back."

"Trevisios is lovely. My daughter had her wedding reception there a while back - amazing. Food was great and so was the service. The menu is interesting and you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Italian Cream Cake - outstanding!"
