"the service was the fastest service I think I have ever had at a sit down restauraunt. Maybe it was a fluke? IDK, but we had our appetizer at our table less than five minutes after we ordered it. Seriously. Our food was out so fast that my husband and I called our afternoon appointment and told them we would be an hour early. Our bill was $60-ish and we recieved a complimentary desert(because it was mother's day), another desert, a child's meal, a mixed drink w/premium alchohal, five tapas, three sodas and an appetizer."

"We went here for Mother's day and it went downhill from the start. First off, they had advertised (on both open table and facebook) that their chef was preparing a Lobster Risotto. My mom was looking forward to this but when asked for it, the waiter gave us an excuse saying that it was a misprint. However, when the manager came over, he gave us another excuse and said the chef didn't feel it was "fresh enough" to serve the customers. We should have been comped but was not. Also, the mimosas were pulpy and watered down. The food was OK but nothing outstanding. I felt embarrassed bringing my family here for such a special occasion. Granted, this is probably a fun place for happy hour but not a mother’s day brunch."

"We recently tried the Coyote Grill in Centreville having been regulars at the Fairfax location for years. They are very similar with subtle differences in the menu. Now we will be regulars at both! Great margaritas!"

"Looked for somewhere different for dinner to celebrate by grandson's 18th birthday and took a chance on Coyote Grille. So happy we did!!! We shared the chicken quesidilla, which was absolutely amazing! He then had the chicken fajita and I had the pulled chicken taco salad. I was expecting my salad to be hot as that was what I am used to. However, it was served cold in a flour tortilla shell and I give it two thumps up. Give it a try - you will not be disappointed.

"This was our first time to Coyote Grille and we were glad to see another restaurant in Centreville. We enjoyed the food and margaritas. We ordered a bunch of tapas and tried the tequila offerings for a unique margarita. Both the drinks and food were very good. What truly ruined our meal was our table. We were seated next to two families dining together with small children who basically let their children run wild. They climbed on the seat next to us and were very loud and uncontrolled. Three of the four parents did nothing to stop them. The hope for a nice meal was basically defeated. We would go back again, but would request a more quiet table next time. Not the restaurants fault, but made the evening less satisfying."

"My husband and I went for lunch one day and it was so great we went again! We brought 4 of our friends and they plan to come again as well. The food is fresh and delicious. I love that they have creative specials and healthy options. Margaritas! Fresh fish! Delicious lobster tacos (special)!
As for service, the people that work there clearly enjoy their job as they are all smiling and help each other out. The energy of this place is positive and accommodating. Highly recommended!"

"We arrived for our 7:30 reservation and were seated promptly. We had a two top that was a tight squeeze as the tables are packed into a small dining space. I will recommend a booth when we go again. The staff was friendly. We ordered an appetizer that came only minutes before our entree's. I think this was a fluke as the tables around us did not appear to have this problem. The food, more importantly, was pretty good. The brownie dessert was my favorite part of the meal. I definitely recommend it."

"Food I ordered (chili appetizer and chili relleno entre) was very good. Service was slow and . . . odd. I ordered Negra Modelo from the menu and 10 minutes later was told they have none. Asked what was on tap and ordered from the server's suggestions a Star Hill Saison. 5 minutes later was told they ran out. My wife received the wrong $16 drink order, and the server said, "I'm sorry about that." And then moved on with other orders. Also, the menu shows chili choices are bowl or cup. Server asked, "Large or small?" I replied, "a bowl" and received the small."

"Glad to have found a second Coyote Grill in Centreville. This location is larger and more open giving patrons easier accessability. The food is the same high quality food as can be found in the original Fairfax City location. I was disappointed that we weren't served chips and their great salsa before ordering, but maybe it is because we were there for lunch. The service was prompt and polite and prices are reasonable."

"We met another couple here on a Saturday night and found the restaurant to be bustling; a good mix of couples, families and friends.
Drinks were fantastic (they use fresh lime & orange juice rather than commercial sweet/sour mix and this made all the difference! The food was all very good too, fresh, hot and well seasoned. I would love to come back to try many of the other options on this fairly expansive menu!
The only negative was that our young waiter was a bit over-enthusiastic and felt the need to check in on us every 5 minutes. He was pleasant but on half a dozen occasions, he interrupted our dinner conversation when there were no plates to be cleared or drinks to be refilled. With some guidance, he could become a good server."
