Wann Japanese Izakaya
An Izakaya is a common Japanese bar/restaurant that is often found in cosmopolitan areas for after-work relaxation and an opportunity to unwind after a busy day.
Izakaya restaurants all have a multi-faceted menu and offer many types of food such as sashimi, tempura and yakitori; all appetizing dishes which go well with the alcohol served such as beer, sake and shochu.
Due to the informal atmosphere, instead of ordering and eating individual platters, customers usually share all dishes with one another in their party.

"Great service, atmosphere, and food. I would go back to eat more of all that chargrilled goodness on a stick. I will say that the meatballs were so-so, I wouldn't bother with those."

"Overall a great experience and I would go back. The happy hour menu is GREAT and is extended late by ending at 7PM so good for those who work late.It had wide variety and dinner and drinks for 3 people was under $40, which is AMAZING. Our Sushi rolls were among some of the better rolls I've had in Seattle. I also liked the seating.The service was friendly but left a little to be desired. there seemed to be some confusion over seating me for my reservation and I kind of got forgotten about while I waited. Once I was seated,the hostess said she'd bring water but didn't and our server didn't appear for another 15 mins. I was afraid we'd miss happy hour but they graciously let us make the HH order."

"We were stunned at the value of the meal. 5 of us walked away not only fully satisfied but a little tipsy with a bill clocking in at under $30/person. If you're in Seattle, an absolute must."
