Located in the heart of trendy Hannibal Square in Winter Park, FL, fresh. offers a menu that is globally-inspired with seasonal dishes that are made only from the freshest ingredients, the majority of which are organic and sourced within 150 miles of the restaurant.
Inspired by their diverse backgrounds, Gina Bugayong, who is Filipino-Italian and her partner, Paulette Nassiff, who is Panamanian-Lebanese, have developed a menu that removes the cultural boundaries that restrict certain types of cuisines. The changing menu has one thing that is constant - limitless creativity!
Whether it's the seared scallop with lime-ginger beurre blanc or the grilled peach, prosciutto and mozzarella salad, you are certain to find something to surprise and delight the palate.

"...great name that lends itself easily to puns! Who can ask for anything more in a restaurant? Everything we ate was exceptional. And everyone's jokes that involved plays on getting "fresh" were hilarious! (Which may be more a testament to the quality of the wine than the jokes.)"

"Read some negative reviews before we went. They really could throw you off. Small restaurant but very efficient. The two waitresses who took care of us were really helpful, attentive and informative. Small menu but all four entrees were great. Small wine list but all were reasonable in taste and price. Very refreshing compared to other nearby eateries. Reccommend you try it for something new."

"We really enjoyed this small restaurant a great break from the big touristy chains with mediocre and expensive food so typical to our area of Orlando. The food and service were great. The ever changing local menu a big plus and makes us want to go back again. We made reservations in advance which I think is a must as it is a small restaurant. It is a little noisy but we could still carry on a conversation. In our minds the noise factor just added to the small neighborhood hot spot atmosphere."

"We have eaten here 4 times and really want to see them be successful. Each time we have been, the owner and the staff drink at the bar and seem to create a lot of unnecessary noise. We took my in laws there for brunch and it was too loud to think. There were only 2 other tables, but the staff was sitting at the bar drinking and visiting, which made the restaurant extremely loud. The food is excellent , the staff friendly, but our perception is it seems a little mis-managed."

"After dining here several times in the last two months, I think I've
got it down. A. Make a rez, very few seats . B. Dinner service is far superior to lunch service, although the lunch staff is kind, they are inattentive, forgetful & not fully familiar with the menu. The dinner staff is wonderfully accommodating and professional. C. Stick with the apps and salads & soups. They are really delicious and fairly priced. The entrees are expensive for the quality. On a recent visit we had a paella with 1 perfect scallop atop gummy rice and tough tasteless shrimp for near 30.00 and a pasta dish over cooked,with gluey blue cheese sauce. The brussel sprouts, peach salad and mussels were outstanding. Wine is very reasonable. D. Go. Choose wisely"

"Our table was reserved for 7:15 PM for 5 people on your site. We arrived at 7 and were told there were no tables available inside but we can either sit at the bar or outside. What's the purpose of a reservation if you can sit where the walk-ins sit? It was a colder than usual night and we had elderly people with us, so we did not want to sit outside. The owner/manager was extremely rude and told us to take it or leave it. They should not allow people to reserve on your site if they don't want to honor it. We left and will not go back there. I will let everyone I know so they don’t go there."

"fresh may be the best restaurant in the Orlando area! I have just tried it for dinner and brunch and was very pleased. Small, with a few tables on the sidewalk, you will need a reservation. Everything from the choices of water (mine was cucumber and mint and was delicious) to the coffee to the toasted pear salad to . . . well, everything, was fresh and delicious. I am a foodie and my wife is a very good gardener and chef so I get to sample a lot of very good food. I know she would love fresh also."

"Had our first visit there and only connected with the restaurant from the wine tasting the previous week. We really like the size and intimacy of the place and the service was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious...had a seared salmon with ginger glazing, and tried the Brussels sprouts and pear salad to make a meal for two. The salads look interesting and we will try those on next visits. The only "flaw" was a more extended wine list, but maybe that will come with time. Look forward to a return visit."

"The space is small and you are close to other tables. Noise level was quite loud, with a large group in the corner that were really enjoying themselves. However, the food was wonderful and our server was top notch. I love that they have cucumber infused water and the bread was yummy with the pesto butter. I had the grilled peach salad- wonderful flavors and textures. The spring rolls were also yummy, stuffed full with chicken and very flavorful. Fresh is a nice place to meet friends or have a romantic dinner."

"A small neighborhood restaurant promoting the philosophy of buying local. A small menu changes regularly. Our group ordered 4 of the 5 entrees on the menu and all were excellent. I recommend the lamb Ragu. A limited wine list but they allow you to bring in your own wine with a $15 corkage fee. I heartily recommend this restaurant."

"This was our second experience at fresh and overall we had an enjoyable time. However, our appetizers took far too long. We were a party of five; each ordering appetizers, dinner and dessert (healthy appetites). Of our six appetizers one consisted of a bread with various spreads. That could have or should have arrived early to keep every one busy, but we had to ask for our ordered bread / spreads. Once the first appetizer arrived we were happy and enjoyed the remainder of the dining at fresh."
