"The restaurant was well designed for dining without feeling squeezed on top of other diners, the tables were set with summery colors and very neat. My Mother enjoyed the most of the meal, however the "Red wine marinated beef medallions" were tough to cut and the portions were a bit large, also the Prime Rib portions were small and a lot of fat on it, The lobster and Truffle Mac and cheese hardly had any lobster and was dry. The Service was excellent, the waiters and bus boys were on top of everything. We have dined at Canyons before, so we were surprised that certain items were not up to par. We will try Canyons again and hope these concerns will be addressed."

"This was my second visit here and the service has not improved in the last 6 months. I had to wait over 5 minuets before my party was even acknowledged at the hostess stand. Several of the wait staff just walked by without saying hello. My waitress was not an improvement! It was a brunch, and the selection was extremely limited!"

"Enjoyed a quite sunday afternoon at Canyon. Great options to choose from for Brunch and bottomless mimosas! All for a great price. We had rain that day but if it had been sunny the patio would have been gorgeous with the view you have!"

"I have had lunch there several times, and it's always been delicious. The "Sunset" menu is very limited with choices, and the quality and service did not have the same standard. I will stick to lunch only. Gorgeous views any time of the day!"

"I made a reservation for an early lunch so the place was not crowded yet. We were seated right away and orders taken by our friendly waitress. We did not have to wait long for our drinks and our food. We were in and out of the restaurant in an hour which is a plus for we have to go back to work. Excellet food, service and scenic view."

"I visited The Canyons for the first time and tried their Sunday Brunch. My reservation was for noon. I wish I had reserved for an earlier time as all the window seating was already taken and the food was luke warm with the exception of the omelet bar. The desserts were picked over and not very presentable. I love bisquits and gravy but the bisquits were hard and the gravy luke warm. If I come back I will make an earlier appointment when the food is fresher. The bacon and sausage was cold as was the salmon."

"It is a great place to go for brunch with a wonderful view and open feel. Only regret is the Sunday we went they closed early so our celebratory brunch felt rushed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could've made an earlier reservation."
