"What a pleasant surprise. We had never been here before. Excellent food and service. The manager and all waiters, etc. make you feel as if you are a regular returning special customer. Just a wonderful Saturday night dinner for the two of us. We cannot wait to return and enjoy another superb meal. Thanx again."

"My filet mignon steak was cooked perfectly and the oysters were to die for! Service was outstanding as well as the ambience. I highly recommend this place if you're craving a nice steak or if you're celebrating a special occasion with a small group of people."

"Our second time here, this time with my inlaws who were very sceptical about coming to a NJ Steakhouse, as they are Manhattanites. Sweet Waters did not dissapoint ! We were promptly seated by a gracious host at a charming table. The attentive staff quickly filled our water glasses and took a drink order. The bloody marys and the prosecco were top of the line.
All of the appetizers we ordered were delicious, as were the entrees, most notably their porterhouse for 2, which arrived at a perfect medium rare. Reasonably priced house wines by the glass rounded out the meal. We skipped dessert and coffee, as we were in the mood for froyo ! Amazing food, extremely effecient service, highly recommend ! By the way, the Manhattanites were impressed!"

"We had 2 NY sirloins, the salmon and the chicken dish at our table. All were excellent. The steaks were cooked correctly, which no matter where you go is often a problem. The service was excellent. Nothing not to recommend."

"My steak was supposed to be medium but came out more medium well. Had nice flavor but I should asked them to make me another one. I also didn't want to delay my wife's meal. My wife's entre was very good, sea bass. Appetizers of Shrimp Cocktail and Calamari were also very good. It was our anniversary and they did provide us with a nice little gift to celebrate the occaision"

"If you want a descent meal at a descent value, this place can fit the bill with a variety of dishes to satisfy your taste. However, if you want "real" steakhouse quality steak and experience, then got to a "real" steakhouse."

"The food was incredible and presentation beautiful. The owners, Bette and Frank, are always there and very personable. Went there for the firs time for Valentine's Day this year and couldn't wait wait go back. The 21 day dry aged sirloin was killer and then I just had the Delmonico this past week and it was just as tasty; perfectly cooked. Sides are each big enough for two people's. lastly, Bette's rice pudding was out of this world!!!! They for sure will be seeing us quite often and we are from red bank so it's not right around the corner, but most definitely worth the drive!!

"We live in the area and had friends coming up from South Jersey and while we had an early seating we did not feel rushed. In fact when they needed our table to combine with others to accommodate a large party they were very apologetic and did not rush us out but found another table for us which allowed us to enjoy an after dinner drink and some desert. Overall we had a great time and the food was great, our pics included oysters, crab cakes, and wedge salad, followed by filet, cowboy steak, creamed spinach and broccoli. It also has a good bar and wine menu."
