Hot Stone Grill
Since early man first discovered fire he has cooked on stone. The Hot Stone concept of today utilizes a specially designed ceramic plate incorporating a super-heated slab of volcanic rock. The rock is heated slowly overnight in a patented “Hot Rok” oven to around 400 degrees F., it is then seasoned with a proprietary mix of Himalayan Salt and Spices. The entrée is seared by Chef and presented to the patron outrageously fresh and sizzling hot on your plate. You then cook your entrée to your own taste and specification, adding sauces and sides in your own time.

"Had a great time here and will be back. Food come out with meat of fish on a 400 degree stone. You take the meat or fish off immediately and cut small pieces to grill when you are ready. We spent 1.5 hours eating and the stone was still hot when we were done. The sides are cooked so you just concentrate on the meat. My wife had swordfish and I had Tuna and both were great. We plan on going back with more family!"

"Food was great, service was horrible. Our drinks sat at the bar forever, before the waiter finally brought them to us. The appetizer and the salads came at the same time. When we got our entrée it was 20 minutes before they brought the wine we ordered to go with it. The food was very good...they just need to overhaul their service."

"I changed my reservations twice, doubling my party. They were exceptionally accommodating. The food was fantastic. You can choose to use the hot stone or have fully prepared food. I will definitely go back. The only drawback is being that interactive in the cooking process, you leave smelling like your dinner"

"My girlfriend and I went here for Valentines Day. We arrived about 10 minutes early for our reservation and had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. That by itself didn't bother me. It was Valentines Day, nobody was in a hurry to get up, not a problem. The problem was that apparently it was karaoke night! They had a Mr. Microphone w/ music. It was entirely too loud! A little light background music would have been fine, but I didn't sign up to hear the Worst of American Idol tour. Then another man (assume the owner) decided to play acoustic guitar (amplified of course, again entirely too loud) and show the dinner crowd why he should have been in Bon Jovi instead of cooking steaks on a hot rock. I couldn't get out of their fast enough."

"This was our first trip to Hot Stone Grill. White table cloth dining. Very unique dining experience as your food cooks on the hot stone in front of you at your table. I like the idea! I had a filet mignon. Delicious. I cooked it exactly as I like it.
Pro: Good food. Good service. Prices were affordable.
Cons: Small portions. Wine pricey. The restaurant was smokey ( as each meal is cooking at your table on the hot stone.
Overall, I would go back and would recommend Hot Stone Grill."

"I chose Hot Stone Grill for a dinner club outing. No one in the group had been before and I thought folks would enjoy the 'stone' part of it.
Food: Turns out, no one in our group ordered anything cooked on a stone. I had the wedge salad and the Greek meal. So good I could've licked the bowl. The Greek meal was just ok. The rice with tomatoes, grilled peppers and olives was actually the highlight of the dish for me. The chicken was just ok and maybe even a little overcooked. There were pieces of fried feta but I felt like maybe those came frozen and they were just dropped in oil. One of the other ladies ordered the same dish and had the same reaction.

"Wonderful service and wonderful atmosphere. The owners welcomed us in the door and seated us. He made sure we had the best table in the back of the restaurant near a corner and next to the window. He paid very good attention to the fact that a husband and wife had a date night and asked us if this was the best seat for us. When we left he wasn't by the door but as we walked outside he must have noticed and he made a point to step out the door to say thank you and good night. Now that is how a restaurant gets your business back."
