"Didn't realize that Sunday brunch was so crowded. Our server was invisible and it was very loud. However, the food was excellent and it never ran out. I would recommend going at a quieter time, perhaps for lunch."

"Brunch was very good, however some hot items -carving station & pasta bar were luke warm to cold. Bacon was burnt & in small pieces & was not changed during our visit. Some of your staff working carving station and pasta bar were not knowledgeable about some items and sauces. I've had better brunches at Water's Edge before & purposely selected you because it was my wife's (we're newly-weds) 1st visit to Water's Edge. Next year we'd probably go back to Avon Old Farms (tried to put this statement below for restaurant but your system says it was too long)."

"Given some wonderful reviews, we decided to try brunch. We made reservations early enough to get a table for four. Our reservation was for 4:30. It was until after 5:00 that our table was ready. We had to bus our own plates when returning for a second course or desert. There were many items that were either out or nearly gone.
The staff was very nice, from hotesses to cleaning folks.
The view and grounds can't be beat.
We may try again on another Sunday..... everyone get a second chance."

"Even though we had reservations we had to wait over an hour to be seated at our wobbly table. No one apologized or offered any explanation. Tons of older moms there but no one offered them seating while they waited. Food was not great. Set up of buffet did not make the people flow work. The pasta line got in everyone's way. Trays were empty often and slow to refill. Server tried but I think she just had too many tables and seemed overwhelmed. Paid a lot of money for a bad day."

"Sadly the buffet has gone gone downhill and at $33 a person that is not a good thing. Also here's a clue; don't charge a mandatory 18% gratuity for buffet service. Unless of course you want to discourage return business."

"Food was good (it always is), however the PRIX FIX menue for Valentine's Day was very confusing. Nowhere on the "Valentine Day Special" menue did it indicate that it was PRix Fix.... waitress said that the staff and other customers had found it confusing as well. Service was okay, but not terrific. Some of the staff seemed untrained and things such as bread were served half-way through the appetizer and only after we asked for it. Again the food was excellent and the Prix Fix dinner turned out to be definitely worth the money"
