"It was surprisingly crowded (good sign) on a Tuesday night but they lead us directly to our table for 4. Immediate and attentive service. Ordered the meatballs as an appetizer and the waiter assured us there would be enough for 4 to share...and he was right. I appreciate tips like this. The meatballs were great. We all ordered a variety of dishes and I ordered the spareribs...and with my restaurant luck he came back and said they just ran out. Which means they are popular and good. He recommended the flat iron steak and he was very right, delicious. Another nice touch was when I asked about the size of the wedge salad and he said that they could easily serve a half portion which you rarely see. Overall a great meal."

"We had a variety of dishes -- all of which were just so-so. One party in our group had the flat iron steak. They described it as a little tough. Another individual had the schnitzel. It also was underwhelming. I had the scallops which were under cooked.
From a service perspective, we had to flag down our waiter if we wanted a beverage refill.
We had high expectations based on the online reviews. We were disappointed."

"7:30p res on a Monday night. (this was our 2nd visit here). We were seated right away. Super friendly, attentive, yet non intrusive service. Got the fried clams appetizer, which were crispy and light. Mains included a perfectly cooked Halibut Amondine (yes that's how it is spelled) with just the right amount of sauce and not swimming in butter, and the Redfish special. Again perfectly cooked, with an awesome side of green chile cheese grits. We cratered and added a side of crispy fries, too. The chef sent out a complimentary Caramel Pot De Creme desert. Decadent. To our surprise, the Chef came over to the table and we chatted up the place, his history, and told him how much we enjoyed the meal.

"Love bringing new people! Always a winner as the menu is great for everyone. They always have short ribs on the menu but in all the times I have been there they are never available! Busy so make a reservation! Outside dining is delightful as you can hear!"
