"Has gone down hill over the years! Once such a great brunch now just average! Where's the prime rib and ham carved to order?? Gone!! A number of dishes were great ( the salmon) but a few were really bad ( lamb was way way over cooked).
And sad additions like commercial chicken fingers and onion rings( for kids I guess) but nasty smelling!!
The eggs Benny are still yummy tho. Probably wont go back for a long while unless its updated!!"

"Bit of a steeper price compared to most buffets, but it's to be expected - it's at the Fairmont Banff Springs after all. You easily get your money's worth though, as long as you come hungry. Amazing spread and the quality and taste was top notch. Service was good, they kept our coffees and juices topped up nicely."

"At this visit to the Bow Valley Grill, there was a dinner buffet and it was amazing! Everything from crab legs to grilled vegetables, from pork loin to duck, rib roast to gnocchi, Guiness glazed ribs to a pick-your-own pasta station. There was a kid's buffet (standard fair like chicken fingers, pizza and grilled cheese) and a dessert section (including rocky road bread pudding, creme caramel, fruit with whipped cream). We've been to the BVG at least 30 times and the buffet does not disappoint - there is a great deal of choice for a reasonable price. There are also gluten free and dairy free options.
And when it's not a buffet, the a la carte options are just as creative. Local, organic and delicious."

"The food selection was outstanding. There is really something for everyone. The kids buffet is especially thoughtful and cute. We had a great family brunch experience and I felt welcome with my baby. What a great place to take the family for Sunday brunch. We will definitely return."

"In no particular order: too many noisy kids, standard, generic fare, a waiter who knew nothing about wine and recommended a ridiculous match for the dish I ordered,and a curious, ten-minute wait to sit down when we had reservations and an event to be at that we then had to rush to. We expected a lot more from the restaurants at this "World Class" Fairmont Resort. Over-priced, over-rated, and pretentious without cause."

And you can't beat the view- the Canadian Rockies as your backdrop.
Service was great- even address you by your first name throughout your brunch.
Definitely would recommend anytime you are in the Banff area. Add this as a 'must do'"

"Most amazing brunch you will ever find!! They had fabulous desserts, salads, omelette station, mussels, spaghetti, duck, roast beef, Yorkshire, eggs, bacon, sausage, eggs Benny, hash browns, pizza, real chicken fingers onion rings , hot cold cereals , complimentary orange juice, tea, coffee etc. it's 94 for 2 for brunch but well worth it! Be sure to make a reservation you will need it!"
