"Seafood tasted fresh and was seasoned and cooked properly. Wait staff was friendly, helpful and completely on their game. There was a real community spirit about helping each other out. Great local restaurant!"

"My wife and I love the Boiling Point because of its authentic Louisiana food. We are from Louisiana and every time we go it's like going home. Customer service has always been great and they also have live bands. The atmosphere is great but it is not a coat and tie place. It is more down to earth like coming eat over with family."

"It was very good. The oysters on the half shell were the best I've ever had. We also had boiled crawfish. It had a very good taste, but was hard to peel."

"Had difficulty being seated even with the reservation. The food was not at all as expected, we have eaten there several times in the past, but not sure that we will return. The service overall was poor."

"Was our first time there and we went with some friends for an evening dinner. I made reservations and was very suprised to be seated so quickly when we arrived. Drinks and appetizers were fast and hot, as well as our dinner. afterwards we went to the bar area where there was a live band and were treated and seated respectfully and promptly. Service was very polite and helpful with trying new drinks and just had an overall good time."

"This was my first time going to this restaurant. The food was good, but the service was disappointing. We were seated quickly. We ordered an appetizer while we waited on our entree. Unfortunately, it came out with our entree."

"We visited for the first time last weekend. The atmosphere was fine for the casual dining experience that it is. We went specifically because it was a Friday during Lent and we are always searching for different seafood venues. The food was average, not bad but nothing particularly special. However, we were seated in the side room that is bordered by the garage door windows that I am sure are great in the summer. It was sooooo cold we hate to eat with our coats on, as did several other diners. It made the entire experience dreadful. We couldn't wait to eat and leave so that our hands could warm up."

"Overall, this was a wonderful place to have a romantic dinner. The service was great, the food was very good, though a little overseasoned, and with the reservations, we were not left waiting on a table. The only complaint is that, the large dining area they placed us in looked like a converted garage and was as cool and drafty as one. I'm sure when the weather is right, this would be a nice place to dine. As it was, my wife had to keep her coat on the entire meal. Other than that, not bad."
