"It was Valentine's Day and they were super busy, busier than expected so the kitchen was slower than other times I have been to La Flora. However the food was great, I always had wine and water on my table. The food was as good as always and there was also always something for me to be eating on my table. What I loved was that the food came in waves, not all at once, I had severl rounds of food delivered and was able to really enjoy my time. I was not pushed out or encouraged to leave, the owners and staff seemed happy to have us stay as long as we wanted. This made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience."

"The service is inconsistent, but very friendly. They don't seem to have enough staff to adequately see to everyone in a timely manner, but they are as accommodating as possible. The food is not as good as previous visits to when this restaurant was called Bilbao, as well as having a more limited menu. But, the food is definitely ok-to-good and the overall experience is made lovely by the Flamenco and Spanish guitar show they have in the evenings on the weekends. I'd definitely give this place a try, especially if on a date. It's very romantic."
