"The food was some of the best I have had in a long time. The food was only outdone by the service which was phenomenal! I would and have recommended this place to everyone since I have been there. If you are going, the Sweet and Spicy Calamari is a MUST!!!"

"Definitely make reservations. We had a 6:30 reservation for a Saturday night and it was packed. Tables are little close together but the food and service make up for it. Highly recommend"

"We love the relaxed, family feel of Focacceria. Everyone on staff starting with Nick and Cheech make you feel like you are dining at home. The food is absolutely outstanding. We are sure to dine here at least once a week, sometimes more frequently. It is always are go to place whether dining with just the two of us or with friends. We held our rehearsal dinner here and everyone still talks about it two years later. It's also wonderful for catering a special event."

"Absolutely Amazing from start to finish! Greeted kindly and with delicious focaccia bread at the table, The wait staff was very attentive and had great suggestions from the menu as we were unable to narrow it down to just one option! Food was so delicious and we are looking forward to coming back real soon to try out the rest of the menu very soon!! Definitely going to be our go to restaurant! Also, outside patio was so nice. "Don't go here....you will be taking my seat. LOL. But really, this is a fantastic find. Great food, great service and I will be one of my new favs for dinner. The eggplant lasagna is amazing. Fresh seafood! I had the black linguini with shrimp and it was amazing. didn't want the flavors to stop. BYOB which is good. Get the tartufo..soft on the inside with gelato.

"If you can be seated in the downstairs portion of the restaurant it would be beneficial since the upstairs area is extremely noisy. You can hardly hear the conversation at your own table. When making the reservation you should request being seated downstairs. If that is not possible...don't go."

"We dine out often, and this is our favorite restaurant! The menu is interesting, offers variety, changes seasonally and always includes specials. The food and service are consistently EXCELLENT. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. In particular, we LOVE dining al fresco and Focacceria's dining patio is the perfect spot. We have been regulars for several years and frequently dine there with friends and/or family. We have also used them for catering and even held a (wedding) rehearsal dinner in the upstairs dining room."

"We celebrated Easter for dinner at 4 pm. We had 11 guests. We were in a back room upstairs and quite crowded. My seat was in between the two tables so my plate rocked. We were asked to order appetizers before our drink order. One of the dishes arrived about 5 minutes after everyone else's meal. The food was good. The portions were ample. The service was not great and the noise from the other part of the upstairs was quite loud."

"Another outstanding dinner at Focacceria! From appetizers to entrees thru desserts, all four of us loved every dish. A few highlights: Burata and avacado; delicious homemade pastas ranging from corn ravioli to shrimp fra diavolo on black liguini; melt in your mouth veal scallopini sorrentina; prosciutto wrapped shrimp over vegetable risotto...and always several great specials of the day.
Service is warm and friendly, whether you are a regular or first time visitor. Be it the younger bus boys or the waiters, the staff is encouraged to take time and converse with the guests, ensuring a welcome feeling for all. They are happy to have you...and you are glad to be there.

"Our experience began with almost no parking. We circled the area twice and decided to park next door. My husband walked across the grass. I had to walk in the street to get there. The poorly lit entrance and step into the restaurant was a little nerve racking. Upon entering, we were met with six other people standing in a 2x5 foyer with a blasting heater. Our reservation was for 7:15pm. Our friends arrived on time but could not be seated due to "the entire party wasn't there." Of course it had nothing to do with the fact that the table wasn't available. We were finally seated at a corner table at 7:40pm. So squished that pictures fell off the wall. Food was good but we were rushed the whole time."

"We've been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. Complimentary cheese, bruschetta and olives are a nice touch. Salads and soups are very good. On this visit the lamb ravioli, chicken and swordfish specials were well received. Affogato is great for dessert. BYO."

"We used to consider ourselves regular patrons of Focacceria until we had a string of mediocre experiences. I'm glad to report that the restaurant is back! Though the menu has changed little, the food, service and ambiance have improved markedly. Let's hope it stays this way. The owners are charming and welcoming. The wait staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the place itself, in the middle of the tiny village of Liberty Corner, NJ, is a winner! And did I mention that the food is great . . . . ? It is. Give it a try!"
